The Mindful Lifter is a wellness company based in Sydney, Australia. They offer personal training to women who are looking at adopting a holistic approach to their health. After seeing success with their personal training services, Mindful Lifter launched a new product line including essential oils and candles.
The mandate for this project was to create labels and packaging that would speak to busy women who are on a wellness journey. The desired aesthetic was minimal and eco-friendly yet still luxurious.
